Built by practitioners. Focused on delivery.

Amantris was established after our team  had spent years delivering security in some of the UK's most demanding regulated environments — financial services, critical infrastructure, healthcare, industrial OT. We understood what good looked like. We also understood the gap between what security looks like on paper and what it takes to make it hold up in practice.

We moved to the UAE because we believed the region deserved that same standard of delivery — independent, proportionate, and without the vendor agendas that compromise so much of what passes for security advice. That belief hasn't changed. It's the reason Amantris exists.

Assurance, Compliance & Confidence

Where we came from and why it matters

The team behind Amantris spent the better part of two decades working in the UK's most scrutinised security environments. Formal regulatory oversight. Independent audit. Board-level accountability for risk. Environments where credibility isn't claimed — it's earned through discipline, follow-through, and the ability to perform when conditions are imperfect.

That experience shaped how we think about security. Not as a compliance exercise or a product sale — as an operational discipline that has to work consistently, under pressure, through change, and when something goes wrong at 2am.

When we moved to the UAE, we didn't leave that background behind. We brought it with us — and we applied it independently, proportionately, and adapted to the realities of operating in the Middle East. The region has world-class ambition and world-class businesses. It deserves world-class security delivered without the conflicts of interest that undermine so much advisory work.

That's what Amantris is built to deliver.

Independent. Certified. Delivery led.

There are plenty of security firms operating in the Middle East. Most are aligned to vendors, most measure success by tools deployed or reports filed, and most are gone when the engagement ends.

Amantris is built differently — and deliberately so.

Proven in complex environments

Our team has delivered security programmes across some of the most demanding environments in the UK and the Middle East — regulated financial services, multi-site industrial OT, healthcare, critical infrastructure, and enterprise technology transformation.

We don't name our clients. We believe discretion is part of what good security advisory looks like — and we extend that principle to how we talk about our own work. What we can share is the nature and scale of what we've delivered.

What working with us looks like

Every engagement starts with a conversation — not a pitch. We take time to understand your environment, your priorities, and what would genuinely help before we propose anything.

From there, we work alongside your team rather than above it. We don't replace internal ownership — we strengthen it. We stay involved until outcomes are achieved, not just until the engagement officially ends.

We work selectively. Not because we want to appear exclusive, but because the kind of involvement we commit to requires genuine capacity. We take on a limited number of clients so we can remain genuinely accountable to each one.`

We don't disappear When we take on an engagement, we stay involved. Through change, through pressure, through the moments when things don't go to plan. That continuity is deliberate — it's what makes the difference between security that holds up and security that looks good on paper.

We tell you the truth If something won't work, we'll say so. If effort is being spent in the wrong place, we'll help redirect it. If a simpler approach is the right answer, we'll recommend it — even if a more complex one would be more commercially attractive for us.

We protect your information Everything discussed with Amantris is treated as confidential from the first conversation. We don't reference clients publicly, we don't share information, and we don't use client situations as case studies without explicit permission. White papers and insights drawn from our work are anonymised and generalised — the lesson shared, never the client.

Want to know if we're the right fit?

The best way to find out is a conversation. No pressure, no pitch — just an honest discussion about your situation and whether we can genuinely help.
